Why can’t I access some features?

Certain advanced features require upgrading to the premium version. You can try all premium features during the free trial. You may cancel the trial anytime in your App Store account settings before it ends.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Canceling will stop future charges. You can continue using premium features until the current period ends.

Is there a lifetime purchase option?

Yes. Teleprompter for Recording offers a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks all premium features permanently.

Where are my videos and scripts saved?

All your videos and scripts are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or upload your content.
